The Polish Union of America has established a relationship with Aflac, New York, making available two supplementary health- insurance policies to our members residing within New York State.
If you are a member of the Polish Union of America, are under 70 years of age, and reside within the state of New York, you now have the ability to purchase a Personal Cancer Indemnity Plan and/or a Personal Accident Indemnity Plan backed by the financial strength and underwriting of Aflac.
The Personal Cancer Indemnity Plan provides a $75 per year cash benefit for each insured to receive a cancer screening wellness exam from your personal doctor. Upon the diagnoses of internal cancer, substantial cash benefits are made available to each insured. The brochure for the Personal Cancer Indemnity Plan describes the complete, specific cash benefits available for each insured.
